Stayed for a couple of night's with my daughter for a local event. It was very comfortable and clean. Great location. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The leisure centre was great although only had time to pop in there once. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a characterful property in a beautiful location with excellent pool/spa facilities. Very friendly helpful staff and great food choices - especially in Dolly Blue Bar. Our room was larger than expected with a large bath & shower - very clean. Highly recommend.

We booked 3 nights (15th,16th and 17th September 24) at the Whitewater Spa hotel but due to work commitments could only stay for the 15th and 16th. As a result the hotel upgraded us to a superior room which was very good of them.

Tired but comfortable hotel
Lovely location, hotel is tired but comfortable, cosy and we slept well in a comfy king size bed, everything you need was in the room, iron, hairdryer, kettle etc Breakfast pretty average but chaotic, staff were not coping well with clearing , re setting tables,and keeping buffet topped up even though time slots were booked for breakfast, customers, including myself were getting agitated at the lack of organisation and requests for missing items on table and buffet were not reacted to quickly or forgotten, .Bar meal purchased on site and was good value .

I didnt have a enjoyable experience staing with yourselfs the beds were very uncomfortable i have woke up with a bad back the rooms was very under par conditions towels were dirty the shower was dirty the room itself looked like it needs a deep clean

It’s a shame hotel and surrounds is ideal total management failure causing total chaos at breakfast time staffing, one person on a buffet breakfast I felt sorry for the lad he deserved a medal as I would of walked! The management needs to either get replaced or seriously make changes before it goes to far down the ratings which would be a total shame as it could if done right be there at the top of its game
