The staff are accommodating. Your wifi service does not work much in rooms, though. It is pretty slow especially when one is in the ground floor. The rooms are great.

Nice stay
The stay was nice. The staff were attentive and very professional. The only issue was the WiFi connection in the hotel room. It was very spotty at first but got better the second day, but never became consistent. We were unable to use our cellphone data within the room either. The WiFi connection was good outside of the hotel room.

The staff was prompt in responding to our requests. They are likewise friendly from the security by the door, to the front desk people, to room service.The room is clean as well. I like this property since there is enough parking spot. Will definitely book again in the future.

This is the 4th time i used this hotel, the same problem, the a/c those not cool properly they have to change it, and the worst part the toilet do not flush properly

Hotel was good..room service food was good..its just a little inconvenient to get around..have to take taxi everywhere of which there really is nowhere to go except the mall...when taking taxi tell him to use meter otherwise theyre going to charge a lot more..that goes for the airport taxi to/from hotel..they say 800pesos when its a lot less on meter...otherwise hotel is comfortable.
