Excellent stay! Excellent staffs! Kristine, AJ and the rest of her colleagues , sorry I didn’t get all your names, in the front desk are truly courteous, helpful and admirable!
Leane, the greeter, Jeremy, Shyra and the rest of wait/beverage staffs, TJ, Aaron in the egg/soup station are all so wonderful and friendly. Kudos as well to executive chef Jordan Medrano, the daily morning breakfast/bench selections are superb and all are tastefully crafted. Carl, those morning carts, superb!!! Roslyn , our room staff, great job!
The hotel itself is a league of its own, but those staffers totally made you a Citadines!
Truly a City of Smiles experience! Bacolod is lucky to have Citadines!
