This is a very nice property. What keeps it from next level is not guaranteed bed type. You are Raddison. You have the ability to guarantee a bed type. My wife and I will pay the higher price for your hotel and ended up with 2 twin beds for our vacation. We are canceling our December 5 night booking to pick hotel with king bed.

Pros: 1. Convenient for shopping, food and marketplace. 2. Clean and New Hotel Complex 3. Security and Ground Staff were very helpful & friendly. Cons: 1. The Sensor Lights on the open wardrobe was very inconvenient as you can't turn it off. 2. There was 1 day where room service for cleaning missed our room. 3. The water from the shower, water basin and toilet were brown for 2 days. Maintenance and Hygiene issue. Overall good stay.

After a long travel dayfrom London we was picked up by hotel transport very polite guy. After checkin we could not get in the key cards did not work we was on the top floor the guy on reception was very helpful and changed the cards but these did not work also so they had to call matenance which seem to take ages so I asked if we could have another room as we was shattered and just wanted a shower and bed it was shorted eventually all credit to the reception guy who's name I can't remember

Terrible choices for breakfast 😩
The hotel is quite new but the breakfast choices is not really appealing they should change they’re chef the taste not really good for the price of 800+ ,compare to L’Fisher is an old hotel but the breakfast is the best for just 600 pesos, if you stay in this hotel don’t bother about the breakfast, no bottle water inside the room😩😩😩
