Beautiful apartment

This vacation home is located about 23 km from Winterberg in the Wittgensteiner Land, in the south of the Sauerland. Berghausen is 2 km away and the picturesque town of Bad Berleburg is 6 km away. The vacation home is located on a plot of 0.5 ha. You have a clear view of the river Eder from your vacation home and everyone will find a sheltered corner in the large, shared garden. You can make wonderful hiking and biking tours through the Rothaar Mountains or refresh yourself with a swim in the river. The friendly owners will be happy to give you interesting tips for excursions in the area.



The entire domicile was originally an old farm from 1811 and consists of two vacation apartments: DNW821 and DNW822. The vacation apartment is an ideal vacation home both in summer and winter. The house has an exciting contrast of old half-timbered exterior and modern interior.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 12.50 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to two pets are allowed.

Gemütliche Osterferien

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und waren sehr überrascht von dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit ihren Fachwerkbalken und der aufeinander abgestimmten Einrichtung. Die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet und wir fühlten sofort zu Hause. Es war trotz Strassenlage sehr ruhig und so konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt genießen. Zu erwähnen wäre auch noch das fußläufig zu erreichende Restaurant (eine Reservierung wäre immer ganz gut), bei dem es uns sehr geschmeckt hat und ein sehr zuvorkommendes Personal hatte.

Cosy and dogfriendly holiday home

Appartment was easy to reach and perfect for dog owners. Lovely and quiet surroundings, lots of hiking possibilities nearby. Owners live in adjacent appartment. At arrival, there were two jars of homemade marmelade in fridge, a nice attention. Beautiful view from living room and bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped. Very cosy and warm appartment. There is TV with dutch channels, games and books. Although there is carpet on the floor, this was very clean. No signs of doghairs or dogsmell. A perfect getaway, we will certainly go back.

Sehr schön ländlich gelegen mit tollem Garten

Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich begrüßt mit Kaffee und die Wohnung war sehr schön! Ein prächtiger Garten, wo man bei mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten verweilen kann, auch grillen! Fahrräder konnten wir in einen großen Schuppen stellen! Sehr ruhig direkt am Bach gelegen, gegenüber eine gute Gastwirtschaft! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nur 2 km entfernt,ebenso Zugverbindung!

Tolle ruhige Lage in großer Wohnung

Einchecken/auschecken war super easy. Wohnung war tip top! Ruhige Lage und dennoch in 10 Minuten in Bad Berleburg. Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
