The hotel was indicated ad 4 star hotel but unfortunately it was not even 2 star worth! Very much disappointed about the rooms and the accomodations of the hotel in general, except the few people at the reception and breakfast room.

Lovely room....
The room was very nice and comfortable, but there was no complimentary water. Due to Covid there was no bar available to get a drink, until the outdoor restaurant opened at 18.00. Breakfast was serviced in our room and was rather disappointing, with tiny portions of joghurt and about 6/7 strawberries between two of us...... although the bread rolls were nice and fresh. It was a shame as usually the breakfast available at this hotel is exceptional, and one of the main reasons we use it when visiting family in the area.

Arrived at Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler after a long drive from Dunkirk for the Jet Masters meet. The receptionist was very welcoming and seamlessly booked us in. The rooms were super clean and very airy. The breakfast was delightful, and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. When asked the cleaning lady about the temperature in my room, I was surprised to find a fan and the windows open on my return with the shutter pulled down to shade the sun. Very impressed. The staff at the breakfast room were super efficient and very friendly. The Barman (Simon), was a Cologne supporter and was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on places to visit. Our friends who stayed at a nearby hotel were very impressed by our hotel and said that they'll stay there at the next visit. I will try an rebook for another visit around Christmas. We had a great time and will definitely stay at the Seta Hotel on our next visit

Very accommodating staff. Very nice junior suite and excellent breakfast buffet. An excellent choice for a visit to the Nurburgring as it's only a short distance away and a very good value. While there was only one treadmill and cycle in the fitness area, the pool and spa area were excellent.

One night stop, en route. Easy to find from A61 but no car park. Have to use public car park, across the bridge from the hotel (only a problem 'cos it was raining) Limited bar food after 9:30pm Nice place for a few free days

Äusserst angenehmer Aufenthalt
Ein gutes Hotel, die Einschränkungen wegen Corona war spür- und sichtbar aber das ist richtig so. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, zentral und das Frühstück kann sich sehen lassen. Die Angestellten im Restaurant und an der Reception sind äussert freundlich und aufmerksam. Der kostenlose Parkplatz befindet sich ein paar Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt (schöner Spaziergang der Ahr entlang)

Nichts auszusetzen
Corona Trotz der besonderen Umstände durch Corona war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal gab sich sehr viel Mühe und wir hatten keinen Grund uns über etwas zu Beklagen. Dass Schwimmbad und Sauna nicht benutzt werden durften, lag nicht am Hotelpersonal. Positiv ist die Möglichkeit, dass Hotelgäste das öffentliche Parkhaus mit einer Hoteldauerparkkarte benutzen können. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
