Inprofessioneller Laden-never again!
Nie jemand an der Rezeption. Gestank nach Zigaretten überall.. das Frühstück war alles andere als Einladend. Telefonisch war nur schwer jemand erreichbar. Beim Einchecken liegt einfach ein Couvert mit dem Namen auf der Theke. Wo bleibt hier bitte der Datenschutz?!

Tolles Hotel, leider sehr wenige Parkplätze aber ein öffentliches Parkhaus ist sehr nahe dran und günstig ca. 9 Franken eine Nacht. Beim Frühstück fehlen mit Persönlich die Rühreier. Komme gerne wieder

Großes Zimmer, Service Mangelhaft
Sehr geräumiges Zimmer, gepflegt und sauber, Kaffeerahm im Zimmer jedoch über MHD hinaus. Zimmerkarte funktionierte am Abend nicht mehr, Zimmer musste via Telefonzentrale geöffnet werden. Am Morgen funktionierte Zimmerkarte erneut nicht, Rezeption leider nur Nachmittags besetzt und am Morgen telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Zum Glück Koffer bereits beim Frühstück dabei.

Tolle Lage
Die Lage ist super zwischen Therme und Bshnhof. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, das Bett sehr bequem. Das Frühstück empfand ich als etwas lieblos - etwas iritierend war auch, dass alle Mitarbeitenden sich beim Frühstücksbuffet bedient haben, aber das Buffet an sich von niemanden richtig betreut wurde.
