A real sense of Grandeur from a bygone era. The soaring architecture, rich wood paneling, and general feeling of a century of people coming here to relax and recuperate was pervasive in every little thing.

Comfortable stay over
Excellent stay over om our holiday to Austria. Great room and the best bed. Breakfast fine and check out fine. Closed when we arrived late at 11pm but no problems with keys.

As time gods by..
Luksushotel ifølge beskrivelse, men det er nok mange år siden - Dele af hotellets fælledsarealer var ikke oplyst, ej heller i deres pool/spa område, som ellers var ok. Der er 3 restauranter på hotellet, hvor man skal booke i forvejen på den ene, som desværre ikke er opgivet på hjemmesiden, så ingen adgang her. Et hotel som sikkert har haft sin storhedstid, men hvor tiden er gledet forbi og stået stille her. Dog skal nævnes, at den ældre receptionist som tog imod os på ankomst dagen var meget hjælpsom og informativ.

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Das schöne Gebäude mit imposanter Eingangshalle macht einen mondänen, luxuriösen Eindruck, Komfort und Leistung spiegeln dies nicht wieder. Hatten ein Comfort-Zimmer gebucht. Auf den Fotos war dies als helles Zimmer mit Tageslichtbad dargestellt. Das Zimmer war sehr dunkel, lag in einer Ecke und hatte ein Bad ohne Fenster. Man benötigte auch tagsüber Licht im Zimmer. Die Zimmer um die Ecke hatten alle Zugang zu einer großen Terrasse, mit Mobiliar mit Blick direkt auf unser Zimmer bzw. Bett. Man musste tagsüber die Verdunklungsvorhänge zuziehen, um eine Privatsphäre zu haben. Exakt die Fotos von unserem Zimmer und Bad haben wir auf den Webseiten als Standardzimmer gefunden. An der Rezeption haben wir das Zimmer reklamiert. Es hieß nicht die Fotos und Lage des Zimmers wären entscheidend, sondern alleine die Zimmergröße. Das Zimmer selbst war groß, noch nicht vor allzu langer Zeit renoviert, eher schlicht/spartanisch, war auch sauber, aber definitiv nicht zu dem Preis von >540 EUR für drei Nächte incl Frühstück passend. Der Saunabereich ist relativ neu, mit zwei Saunen, einem Liegeraum mit drei Liegen, einem kleinen Aussenbereich mit unbequemen Holzliegen insgesamt für die Größe des Hotels zu klein und wirklich keine luxuriöse Wellnessoase. Das Schwimmbecken relativ groß, allerdings sehr niedrig. Der Liegebereich neu, aber sehr vollgestellt, alle Liegen belegt. Frühstück war nicht besonderes. Nur das frische Obst war hervorzuheben.

Ein schönes Gebäude und gutem Wellnessbereich. Auch die Zimmer/Betten sind OK. Unser Zimmer war nicht groß aber OK. Frühstück ebenfalls weitgehend normal 4/Sterne. Spiegeleier konnten wir ausnahmsweise ordern. Waffeln zum Selbstbacken top. Wir fanden, dass die Einrichtung im Frühstücksbereich nicht zu dem tollen, alten Gebäude passt. Insgesamt aber ein gutes Hotel

Het is een statig hotel, maar dringend toe aan wat opfrissing en modernisering. Onderhoud gebouw en omgeving laat wat te wensen over, eveneens een laagje verf op de muren zou meer dan welkom zijn. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en veel keuze. Gebrek aan frigo op de kamer zou zeker een meerwaarde zijn alsook een vliegenraam, geen airco aanwezig. Ik wil zeker volgend jaar er terug boeken.
