Gutes Hotel, schöne Einrichtung. Sauber, gepflegt und einladend. Parkplätze sind gut belegt, aber wir konnten auch einen finden. Notfalls kann man auch in der Nähe der Straße entlang parken. Online Einchecken ging gut und schnell. Nur die Fragen im Online Chat wurden nie beantwortet. Abendessen war eine Katastrophe. 4-Gänge Menü wurde angeboten und uns wurde geraten zwischen 18 und 19 Uhr zu erscheinen, weil das Prozedere bestimmte Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird. Das haben wir auch gemacht und sofort mit dem Salatbuffet begonnen. Hier schon waren die Schüsseln fast leer und auf das Nachfüllen musste man sehr lange warten. Dann über 30 Minuten auf die Suppe gewartet und mussten Personal suchen und ansprechen. Die haben zwar reagiert, aber waren sichtlich angespannt und sehr gestresst. Auf den Letzen Gang warteten wir ca 50 Minuten, obwohl vlt. noch 2 weitere Tische mit Gästen besetzt waren. Die Bedienung hat sich entschuldigt und meinte, dass es leider in der Küche zu lange dauert. Den letzten Gang aßen wir zwar, aber die Stimmung war echt im Keller. Schade das man für sein Geld nicht einen guten Service erhält. Frühstück war erfreulicherweise reichhaltig und lecker. Und ging bis 11 Uhr. Abreisen konnte man bis 12 Uhr, das hat uns sehr gefallen. Spa Bereich haben wir aus Zeitmangel nicht nutzen können, aber sich kurz angeschaut. Alles tip top. Neu und sauber! Es lohnt sich bestimmt hinzugehen. Eigentlich sehr schöner Eindruck nach Renovierung, leider aber nur auf den ersten Blick: - Die Heizung in unserem Zimmer, welche einen sehr herabgekommen Eindruck machte, hat, nachdem sie sehr laut rumorte, einfach abgeschaltet - Fernseher im Zimmer lässt sich nicht zum Bett drehen - Duschen im Spa sind nicht regulier bar: Entweder kochend heiss oder eiskalt-ich habe mich für eiskalt entschieden - es gibt nirgends einen Ort um die Badetücher aufzuhängen - Kein Tee oder Wasser im Spa - Liegen im Spa sind alle mit nicht auswechselbarem Polster ausgestattet, daher leider nass, da sie bereits von anderen benutzt wurden logischerweise - keine Badetücher im Spa - Kein Föhn im Spa - an der Reception wurden mir leider die Bademäntel erst gegeben, nachdem ich in meinem Zimmer im 5. Stock kontrolliert habe, ob dort wirklich keine sind. Sie wurden mir dann nicht aufs Zimmer gebracht sondern ich durfte sie selbst holen im 12:40 in der Nacht Grüsse, Silvie Tuma

Die Unterkunft wirbt mit kostenfreien Parkplätzen. Diese sind leider sehr begrenzt und so gab es für mich keinen Parkplatz mehr bei der Ankunft. Das erste zugewiesende Zimmer sah beim Betreten bewohnt aus. Es lagen 2 benutzte Bademäntely sowie Kartons herum. Ich hatte um ein Doppelbett gebeten. Da ich deshalb das Zimmer wechseln musste bekam ich im nächsten Zimmer leider nur 2 Einzelbetten. Außerdem war dieses Zimmer direkt am Aufzug und dementsprechend sehr laut.
