Agency Cocoonr offers you this charming country house in Baden, less than a kilometer from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan, with Wi-Fi (fiber optics), covering an area of 220 m² and able to accommodate up to 12 travelers.
It comprises an attractive 30 m² living room (with a working fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, two lounges for getting together with family or friends, and six beautiful bedrooms. The bedrooms are distributed as follows: 1 double bedroom with a 160cm bed on the ground floor and a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds, ideal for children or teenagers, including 1 bathroom with bath & 4 double bedrooms upstairs (4 beds 180x200, all twin beds) with 2 bathrooms (2 baths) and 1 shower room (1 shower and 1 WC). There is a large garden of around 1,600 m² and a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue for summer evenings.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

- A beautiful living room divided into 3 different areas, a large lounge area without television, a small TV area and the dining room with a fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
