This was my first time in Amsterdam. Used the hotel for 3 nights before leaving on a 21 day cruise. The rooms are wonderful. Bathroom and shower all modern. Food options good for staying at the hotel. The daily use for the shuttle to and from the airport worked terrific. We used it for getting to the airport with all the trains going anywhere. I would come back here for any future trips. All the staff was excellent. Jon Huntington Beach CA.

We were at the hotel early due an unexpected early flight arrive. The bistro manager woman whose name I don’t remember which report to management was very rude. We were patiently waiting for our room and we were in transit for over 14 hours were resting on lounger where we ask to wait. This bistro manager came over and asked to move to another area and told we were not allow to rest in the only public area in the main lobby. She kept monitoring us. I got fed up and confronted politely but she continued to be direct and rude. I ask the hotel management over they told me that they were sorry and she was completely wrong. We stayed at the hotel on way back to Toronto and I was surprised to still see her. Management obviously doesn’t respect Customer issues and manage staff behaviour. I will not stay at the hotel ever again and I have advised my friends of our experience. As longstanding Marriot member who has stay at the Marriott properties around the world, I was very disappointed to still see the woman still at the hotel. I assume the Marriott experience is not the same everywhere and not especially at the Corendon Hotel.

Lovely hotel! The staff were very helpful in giving recommendations and advice. The shuttle bus service was also excellent which made it slightly easier to get to central amsterdam

This was a good option for a night near Schiphol? Clearly well run and very efficient. Delays checking in gave me an unsolicited voucher for a drink and huge apologies. I was in an accessible/disabled room which made for a strange wet room toilet combo with minimal space around the sink? Wish I had been advised of this as would have requested different room? Handy shuttle with pleasant and professional drivers?

Beautiful hotel, and close to the airport. Their shuttle was easy to find, and the driver did help with our luggage. No porters at the hotel to help with luggage from shuttle to inside, but a couple of gentlemen guests helped..that was the only downside.

Great hotel, great shuttle service.
The hotel, room , lobby very nice. Great shuttle on time for the airport. Everything was great untill dinner. Ordered our food at 6:30 pm got our plates at 8:15pm We could not find out why, the server kept saying your dinners are coming... So it kind of ruin our stay. May be we just got a bad night for the resto.

Perfect
We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip to Amsterdam. Each was unique. This hotel had an all-you-can eat buffet and breakfast. There is a revolving lounge mixing cocktails and a live band. A coffee shop downstairs to relax in. Our room was amazing. The tub was so relaxing. There were 2 large televisions and plenty of space. It was amazing! The staff were all nice and very helpful. Shuttle bus to the airport was perfect. Lots of shopping in Schiphol Airport, too, for last-minute souvenirs. This hotel is a good choice for anyone.
