Villa "El Balcon", built in 2000. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 81 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Vaste Maison dans la Campagne de Baena
Vaste & confortable maison idéalement placée pour rayonner en voiture et visiter Cordoue, Jaèn, Ubeza, et les villages d'Andalousie. La propriété comporte un grand jardin dont un terrain de tennis et une grand piscine (un peu fraiche en fin octobre) La maison est dans la campagne au dessus de Baena à 5 min en voiture. Seul bémol, pour moi qui ne parle pas espagnol, j'ai eu un peu de mal à comprendre et me faire comprendre de Manuel qui gère la maison sur place.
