La Maison de la Lionne

Magnificent building renovated in 2023 in a 2400 m2 park
It consists of a small cottage reserved for the owners and a large cottage but with separate entrances.
The large cottage includes:
- on the ground floor: 1 bedroom with its private bathroom
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms: one with a baby bed and one with a child’s bed
The two bedrooms have a shared bathroom and separate toilets
- 2nd floor: a bedroom with 1 double and 3 beds and its private bathroom
- an extension on the1st floor with a bedroom with a double bed and a baby bed and a space for 5 individual beds, all with a separate bathroom and toilet. In this space, there is also a play area for children

On the ground floor, you have the living space with a new equipped kitchen, two relaxation areas with board games and television.

A beautiful terrace (a large one of 100m2) will allow you to enjoy moments of conviviality
The park is closed and will allow you to sit in the green spaces sheltered and in the shade
Parking is in the park and disabled access is provided.

For those who want to combine work and relaxation, a coworking space and a meeting room (rental price not included in the cottage price)

The whole (gite + coworking + meeting room) which can be rented together with the cottage as part of a seminar (contact us for prices)
