We offer this family home in the heart of Berry, 35 minutes from the Beauval Zoo. Bagneux is located 20 km from Romorantin and 13 km from Chabris' (with supermarket, pharmacy, doctors and all amenities). We are 17 kms from Valençay castle, less than 50 minutes from Chenonceau, Chambord and Cheverny, one hour from Blois and Bourges and one and a half hours from Nohant (house of Georges Sand).

We are 30 minutes from the Vierzon train station (Vierzon Paris in 1:30).

For golf lovers, the Cheverny, Villedieu sur Indre and La Picardière golf courses in Vierzon are 45 minutes away.

In a small village full of charm, this house has in total 9 rooms: 7 rooms with double bed, 2 with an extra single bed, a room with 2 single beds, a room with a single bed. There are two more single beds on the landing of the second floor. There are 6 bathrooms, with bathtubs and toilets.

A brilliant family holiday
This is an historic and beautiful property, and ideal for a family group. The swimming pool is excellent and very secure. The area is quiet and peaceful and lends itself to a safe and relaxing holiday. The hosts are very accommodating and to have a local point of contact was very helpful. Our stay was much enjoyed by every one of the 20 of us!

La Maison du Paradis
On arrive rue du Paradis dans une majestueuse propriété au calme. On sent une maison de famille pleine d'histoires.. Tout est fait pour se sentir bien. Les chambres sont superbes et très confortables avec leur salle de bain. La cuisine est équipée d'un piano magnifique. A l extérieur, ping pong et bien sûr une immense piscine sécurisée (géniale avec des enfants en bas âge) On repart avec des souvenirs magiques.. Merci Philippine (et Charlotte)

Un très bon week-end en famille !
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end en famille. La maison est très grande et très agréable. L'extérieur est super avec une grande piscine, une table pour manger à une vingtaine et un grand parc. Je recommande vivement pour un grand groupe.

Le logement est extraordinaire, maison de maitre ancienne dans un tres bel environnement. La cuisine est super bien équipée. Peut être qu’une douche a la place d’une baignoire serait un plus.

Une splendide propriété adaptée aux grand groupes
La Maison est splendide, très spacieuse et très bien équipée pour accueillir une vingtaine de personne (la cuisine est très bien équipée, grande) les chambres sont spacieuses, et les salle de bains aussi.

Superbe propriété!
Très bin séjour entre amis. La propriété est superbe ainsi que le parc attenant. La piscine est chauffée et bien protégée. Je recommande! A noter: pas de commerces dans le village.

Séjour incroyable!
Nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end entre amis (+bébés) dans la propriété de Thibaud. Tout s'est passé à la perfection: flexibilité dans les arrivée / départ, maison belle, spacieuse et très bien équipée, localisation au top, piscine incroyable... bref nous ne pouvions espérer mieux! Propriété très agréable pour un séjour en famille. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil du propriétaire, la propreté des lieux, l'équipement de la cuisine et globalement la charme de cette propriété. Nous n'avons pas pu apprécier comme il se doit la nouvelle piscine du fait d'un temps maussade. A conseiller pour une cousinade ou un séjour entre amis.

Propriété immense. Accueil chaleureux. On est au milieu de nulle part, mais proche de tout. Les châteaux de la Loire sont à 1h de route. En plus du zoo très connu de Beauval il y a dans la région de nombreuses découvertes à faire, de l'atelier chocolat de Max Vauché, aux fermes de fromage de chèvre. Les enfants ne s'ennuiront jamais. Le seul manque est une piscine. Le propriétaire, un personnage exceptionnel, serviable, généreux, accueillant et efficace, nous a dit que la piscine serait installée cette année. Vous pouvez compter sur lui pour avoir la meilleure qualité.
