Terraced house three floors with private pool and outdoor area on three floors in Montefegatesi, a small village in the Garfagnana region near Bagni di Lucca. From the house and the property you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding wooded hills and the village. The outdoor area is equipped for outdoor dining and also offers games for children, a pool area with shower and a solarium area with sun loungers, table and chairs. Above the pool is a large outdoor terrace, heated and equipped for outdoor meals. The village of Montefegatesi is situated in a hilly position (810 m a.s.l.) with panoramic views of the surrounding hills. Places to visit. Bagni di Lucca with spas 14 km; Lucca (39 km) with its ancient walls and many churches; the ski resort of Abetone (43 km); Pisa (55 km) with the world famous Leaning Tower; Pistoia (60 km) with its cathedral; Viareggio (62 km) with its beautiful seafront; Pietrasanta (66 km) with art exhibitions; Florence (91 km) with the world famous Uffizi Gallery; the charming villages of the Cinque Terre (130 km). For the entertainment of the whole family you will find nearby: Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and thermal baths (Bagni di Lucca), 63 km of free and equipped sandy beaches (Viareggio), 72 km of golf course (Versilia).
