Second stay in lisbon
The hotel staff were very friendly and even helped us with our bags to the room and out to the Uber this morning. The room was very small and the bathroom even smaller. It had a tub that was very difficulty to get into alone with a bidet and toilet that were jammed together. I did not feel safe in this bathroom as I had an injured leg so had to have my friend help me in and out of the shower/ bathtub. The decor on the 4th floor with tin cans not tasteful along with the picture in the bedroom. As a historic site I think this property should be decorated accordingly. Nice staff good restaurant but hotel needs some work.

Love the location and AC. TV wasn’t working well in terms of changing channels and the refrigeration in the closet wasn’t convenient. Closet door is hard to open and close, should add a handle. The Bed wasn’t comfortable.

The location is perfect. Breakfast included in the price is very good. The breakfast offers a lot of variety of cheeses, fruits and anything you wish. I liked the quality of Egyptian cotton bedsheets a lot.

Everything was great except the bathroom in the suite, it does not have any counter space, there is a step down into the restroom that is a trip hazard, and the tub is too high with no handle to get in, it is a terrible design. The people from the front desk were very helpful and welcoming and had great recommendations for us! When we asked about restaurants, there was a young man that was very helpful, I think his name was Dorion? But the young lady up front was very hospitable as well. They helped us arrange a trip to Sintra and it was beautiful. The house keeping staff were all great.

Lovely room shame about the breakfast
The hotel is located in an excellent location. A short walk from the train station with many shops and restaurants nearby. Check in was very good and we had booked a superior room. The room was very large with 2 large windows looking out at the square and the restaurants. It was made up every day. There is no lounge area so if your flight home is late there is nowhere to wait. The main thing that let it down was the breakfast. It was OK. They cooked omelettes to order which was good. Both the coffee machine and the toaster were not fit for purpose although they changed the coffee machine. Very little fruit or cooked breakfast items and not many bread options

This property is conveniently located around major shopping and dinning facilities in Lisbon. Walkable to everywhere and noise is kept at a minimum. Front desk staff are very supportive. Had issues with a foul smell in the room and they changed the room very quickly. This was very nice on their part.
