The property is being renovated. Our room door did not close and had to be fixed. The pool was closed.

Its the fact they emphasize no smoking and you enter the room and smells like smoke. We had to park close to the office because people dont respect to park right getting 2 parkings. There was construction going on and the lady in the front desk was nice other than that i wouldnt stay there with my family again. Sorry not sorry

We liked that the parking for this property was a fenced lot. They have clearly been updating this propeety as there was lots of construction occuring during our stay. It was sufficiently clean, except for the hairs on the towels which was offputting.

The rooms were well equipped and comfortable. There is a gate to enter the facility and no one is allowed in or out at night without a code. Unfortunately, however, I don't think it is a safe place to stay, as there are loud noises coming from outside the rooms in the middle of the night and what sounds like gunshots. I would recommend another location for families.

Comfy & affordable
Room is modern and shows recent renovations and updates. Floors and surface areas were free of debris. Ample surface space for your things. Fridge and freezer combo is larger than typical hotel provided units and works like new. Microwave is in working order. Kitchenette sink gets hot in a timely manner. Shower pressure is standard, water heats up quick (be cautious), bathtub could use a final rinse as we found several different hairs and dirt before we even stepped in to use. Toiletries given were soap bars only. Beds were clean, bedding is plain and white to reflect cleanliness, pillows aren’t made of paper. AC unit works efficiently. Bring your own night light as all fixtures in room are extra bright.

I had paid online to stay one night at this property as I was passing through town en route to the Bay area. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and found that the lobby was locked and under heavy renovation. There was only a "window" to approach to get checked into my room. It was 102 degrees as I waited behind a hotel employee talking with a woman behind the glass (whom I assume was the owner's wife). I waited over 20 minutes and the owner just ignored me and kept speaking with the disgruntled employee who stated she was only getting paid "$4/hour" to clean rooms. I was so upset after sweating it out for 20 minutes and being ignored, that I decided to bag it and stayed at the Padre Hotel instead. This property is not up to speed. It's in a bad part of town and looks run down. I was extremely disappointed with being IGNORED for 20 minutes by the front desk clerk/owner. I even decided to sit in my car for a few minutes with the A/C on, and returned behind the hotel employee, and the owner continued to ignore me. UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!! WORST TREATMENT OF A CUSTOMER EVER !!!!!!! I would NOT recommend this property (even as a one night stay).

It was noisy, beds were hard, bathtub stopper didnt work, shower head sprayed everywhere, hard to close bathroom door cuz of no space. Didnt get a wake up call i requested. No pool. Not worth the money.
