Front desk was helpful when packages arrived. Parking and space was plentiful and allowed our group to spread out. However, housekeeping was horrible. Our group of 8 checked in on Sunday and all of us did not receive room cleaning until Friday. We were told room cleaning was every 3 days or by request. We requested it on the 2nd day but still no room cleaning. We requested new towels and they never arrived until we called again later that evening to request them again. We were all out before the crack of dawn and came back late into the evening and always came back to a dirty room, until the last night of our stay.

Rooms were pretty clean and looked newly renovated. Every room had a patio. Property has a pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of parking available, only thing I feel can be improved is to provide hot complimentary breakfast with a dining area. However they did provide cereals, fruits , yogurt and coffee.

First I asked for a room close was tired they gave me a room with a long walk and I had a hard time to find he did not tell me where to go the sink was not draining discusting I started staying here a few weeks ago now I will go back tp my previous hotel they have less problem

This Hotel is a gem. Great service AC worked well. Pool was wonderful and clean. Staff was very pleasant and happy to help, they also gave great spots to visit. Convenient to shopping and if you like the outdoors and hiking tons of great places all within a hours time.

Very nice room, but the main draw for me was the pool area. The hotel is a big square with an enclosed pool area, adorned with palm trees and plenty of deck chairs and a row of enclosed seating pods (cabanas?). Plus a hot tub. Perfect at the end of the day to swim, unwind and sit underneath the Bakersfield sky.
