Room was not clean missing blankets front desk said they didn't have a microwave for me but I can walk to the office they have one there which is not what I paid for the room should have came with one on the second day my husband asked the maintenance guy and he dound us one the room has multiple roaches the cooler has a weird smell to it the toilet had urine in it the refrigerator was filthy just terrible experience.

Phone was missing buttons, drawers were missing out of the dresser, the vent in the bathroom was unplugged and the vent cover on the tub, mold in the shower. No door locks like hotels usually have. AC wasn’t working right. They refused our money back and could only move us to a different room. This place should be shut down.
