There are no hangers, coffee maker, lotion, conditioner, blow dryer, iron, or ironing board in the room. The gentleman who checked us in the night we checked in was really nice. However, the next day when my adult daughter went to ask for another towel, the woman was rude. I went up there because there were not enough towels in our room for 3 of us, and she was rude to me until I told her there were not enough towels. She tried telling my daughter and I both that we needed to bring the dirty towels to the front desk before we could get clean ones. We hadn't used towels but after all of us showered that night, there wouldn't have been enough anyway.
The blinds were broken so my husband had to hand his shirts on the blinds (we had his shirts on hangers from home).
The hot water in the shower did not work so I got to take a lukewarm shower.
The most recent reviews on here were posted after I booked the room, so I was unaware that there was no coffee maker, lotion, etc. I was able to get an iron and ironing board from the front desk after signing it out. But the iron was filthy and left black flecks all over my light colored shirt. If I could have, I would have gone to one of the two hotels directly in front of or behind this place.
Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the person upstairs from us that sounded like they were tap dancing and dropping bowling balls on the floor all night. DO NOT STAY HERE!
