Wonderful hotel. Great staff so friendly and accommodating. The location a bit far from main areas but nice and quiet. Very easy to catch taxi to go places. Taxis are not expensive. The room was spacious and clean. The double beds are on the smaller side for 2 people. Room was cleaned everyday. The fridge doesn’t keep things cold that was the biggest disappointment.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy Hotel in a deluxe room, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, at 2:00 AM, my partner and I were abruptly awakened by a loud sound, only to find that a panel of the ceiling had suddenly opened. This unexpected event not only startled us but also raised serious concerns about the safety and maintenance standards of the hotel. Furthermore, despite hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door, we were shocked to discover that room service had entered our room without consent. Our personal belongings, including our clothes, were moved around, which is a clear violation of privacy and hotel etiquette. Overall, this experience left us deeply disappointed and concerned about the quality of service and attention to detail at the Hyatt Regency Istanbul Ataköy Hotel. I cannot recommend this establishment based on my experience and urge potential guests to reconsider their options before booking.
