This was the first time staying in this hotel and totally loved it.. All the staff were nice and happy to help whenever / whatever we need. Made us feel like home.. Special thanks to Mr. TUMRAL at the breakfast area and IFAYA and RODA for being great housekeeper .. These people are making this hotel deserves more stars.. and making us want to go back and stay !!

We have had an great time during our stay at a two bedroom suite. Only a couple of issues I dislike, the size of the rooms which are are small and not all as expected when looking at the pictures. And, the room cleaning service was just a bad service ! We had to repeatedly ask the cleaning crew to empty the trash bins and replace bed sheets and used towels in the bathroom, it just was too much!! And when we complained several times to the Front-desk, the crew supervisor was rude and unpleasant to talk with.

Good hotel to stay. Middle of the city. Easy access anywhere you go. Rooms were neat and clean. About the only issue we faced is the fluctuation in water temperature while taking a shower. It’s goes from scorching hot to cold in a matter of seconds. We got used to it after few days.

Hilton in Baku is maybe the best hotel in the area. Especialy during our stay 18-22.april.2024 we are very content from: - beds in the room and cleanliness - last two floors are magnificient - personel - we'd like to mention especially: 1) "bell boy" name Azul/Azil ?- aged appr.50-54 years). He was very helpfull on transportation and in the hotel, full with info on the city, always very kind; 2) the waiter in executive floor - name Vugar-? very kind and full with attention the clients: 3) Emil Ibrahimov - guest relation - very helpfull and kind 4) same the young lady in Spa center - very helpfull and kind.
