Travelled with group
Expedia and VRBO kept bouncing me back between their respective support teams. The host never responded and never sent in any instructions. They tried contacting them but no response. After multiple hours with VRBO and Expedia support - I got booked at a place half hour away. Such a terrible experience. Don't book VRBO properties via Expedia app. The reservation would not load on the VRBO app. You have to deal with two separate support teams that don't talk to each other.
