Leider eine typische FeWo, in der Geld genommen wird, aber nichts investiert wird. Die Wohnung ist alt und mangelhaft. Es fehlt an Gläsern, Besteck und Küchenzubehör. Die Möbel sind alt, die Betten zu weich. Der Balkon hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Leider
