Welcome to Blue Crab Cottage, the newly updated vacation retreat in Keeper’s Landing—your perfect getaway to enjoy the beauty of Bald Head Island! Nestled along the tranquil marsh, this comfortable cottage offers the ideal setting for a relaxing escape. With stunning waterfront views, multiple private outdoor spaces, and convenient access to island amenities, you’ll find everything you need to unwind and enjoy the island lifestyle.
This charming home features an open-concept living space with modern touches throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals after a day of adventure, and with stainless steel appliances, it’s as stylish as it is functional.
Start your day with a cup of coffee on the upper deck while watching the sun rise over the marsh. Spend your afternoons crabbing, fishing, or kayaking from the community dock just steps from the back door. For a truly unique experience, take a stroll along the custom-built walkway that leads you out into the marsh, where you can immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings. In the evening, enjoy cocktails on the large private deck with several seating options, perfect for unwinding and making memories with friends and family.
Temporary memberships to both BHI and Shoals Clubs are available.

*Please keep in mind the BHI CLUB is now capping registration for their guest memberships. If you wish to attend the club during your stay please apply ASAP. Please visit the BHI Club website to see and review their NEW rules and fees for the 2024-2025 year. Keep in mind there are new rules regarding what days you can attend the club and what activities guest members can use, please refer to their site or call them for more details*
Contact the club directly or go on their sites for any questions. We do not control club rates, rules, or restrictions. No discount or refund will be provided if club membership is restricted or denied.

*Tenant Requirements: Tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age, and acknowledge that they will occupy the Property during the entire tenancy.*
* Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
* Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone's home. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
* No events or parties- If determined that a party/event is taking place at property, management has the right to evict
tenants and guests with no refund given.
