One night stay for school holidays in a family room. Friendly staff. Basic budget friendly older motel. Clean, basic supplies, tea coffee, uht milk, soap, shampoo, conditioner. Room, Towels, sheets nice and clean. Only negative was the bathroom being a bit worn out and the shower grout could have been a bit cleaner..... but very good in the price range , I was happy overall.

Convenient location within 10-15 min from the main Ballarat attractions: Sovereign Hill, Wildlife Park, Ballarat centre. Coles is 2 min away A bit dated but extremely clean, and the price is great!
