Room was clean. Bed was propped up at the base with wooden blocks. Saying that the bed was comfortable. Shower was over a corner spa which was awkward at our age to get in. Shower head didn't work properly.

The location was great. Easy access to all the shopping facilities. Very reasonably priced, and parking was good. Bathroom was clean and tidy, and the bedroom had more beds than I expected

Room was nice and clean. Reception had a over powering smell of stale food. Outside lights left on all night and they shone through the edges of the blinds. We didnt need any lights on in the room as it was very bright. It was hard to sleep with the lights shining through.

The hotel room does not meet the expectations set by the 'Comfort Inn' name. There are several issues: 1.The carpet has a large, unsightly black mark. 2.There are no curtains for the bathtub, which affects privacy. 3.There is only one small bottle of shampoo provided, which is insufficient for 4 people. These problems detract from the overall comfort and quality that one would expect from a hotel branded as the 'Comfort Inn'. I would hope the hotel management addresses these shortcomings to provide a more satisfactory guest experience."
