Man at check in could have been friendlier. Only complaints are: 1. Fan covering in bathroom was filthy. 2. Window near bed should have a drape over it to prevent sunlight getting in. The blind is not sufficient. Otherwise very good.

Curious that there were cooking facilities but no cooking utensils. A bit disappointing but otherwise very comfortable. Great location to facilities such as dining, drinking, supermarket and even the railway station.

Horrible smell and noises

The room smell horrible and the bathroom as well like rotten bananas. They need to air out the rooms. The old big fridge inside of the room was making terrible noises all the night. The guy next room was snoring and I was able to hear all night long.

Very comfortable and well appointed. Plenty of room. Good beds and shower. Only problem was that the TV remote didn't work, probably needed new batteries, but no-one in the office by then. Also, we suggest a full length shower curtain would prevent water spraying on the floor.

Peaceful retreat

Great location very comfortable bed but pillows were too soft with little support. They said breakfast was available but it wasn't so that was a bit disappointing and in the bedroom the blinds didn't fully block out the windows so we got woken up quite early by the sun

These rooms were huge, and had really great space for luggage, seating and kitchen facilities. The benches were so handy! The beds were really comfy, the heater was great for the Ballarat winter, check-in/out was easy, parking was easy, and it was a really convenient spot for us. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!
