The property is clean, well maintained. For small town west Texas it has great water pressure , cold AC and is clean.

Disgusting place
Bugs, rust, plaster falling down. I took 1 look in the room and immediately asked for a different room. He showed me another room and it was the same way. The furniture was stained. Bedding was gross and had stains. We didnt even chance staying there for 5 minutes.
