A nice hotel if you're staying in Killarney.
The hotel is located on the edge of town with ample parking. I received a nice warm welcome and my room was large and clean. The restaurant had plenty of seating and the service was good.

Beautiful and surprisingly quaint hotel to be so big. Lovely staff. Spacious room. Enjoyed drinks with other visitors at the bar one evening and breakfast offering was wonderful. Look forward to our next stay here.

Great stay. Had an mishap of breaking a glass in the bathroom and staff took good care to get it properly cleaned up. Really good restaurant. Nice breakfast.

Property was wonderful. Breakfast was top notch. Room was spacious and with fans provided comfortable. The only issue was the wifi didn’t work in our room. It continually cycled off and on the whole time we were there.

The food and the wait staff in the restaurant was exceptional. Front desk team very helpful and kind. The location was very convenient. Able to walk to many locations. Had to call the front desk on 2 separate days for missing items: no face clothes, dirty glasses, empty body wash. Bed mattress was hard and uncomfortable. On several occasions, housekeeping personnel were smoking outside on the floor beneath our room. Could smell their cigarette smoke in our room which was extremely annoying.

The hotel was lovely. It is However well outside of downtown Killarney. Its a great place to stay if you have transportation. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Easy parking and a warm and friendly welcome from reception staff. Room was clean, however, drains in bathroom did not smell good. Food in the restaurant was very good. Woken up in night by doors slamming, talking in corridors and a random phone call on the internal hone
