Spaces
Bedrooms
Atlantic Lodge has three bedrooms, all upstairs with sea views. There is a twin room, a double room and a large master bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and ensuite. All have side lamps, storage, well dressed beds with fresh white linen, cushions, throws and towels.

Bathrooms
There are three bathrooms. The main family bathroom is upstairs with cream wood panelling, a bath, separate shower, toilet and sink. There is an ensuite off the master bedroom with shower, toilet and sink plus a downstairs toilet off the utility room.

Living area
The lounge is in the centre of the house and has two big comfy couches, two big soft armchairs a large flat screen TV and a gas stove set into the red brick chimney breast. Although the area is open plan with the kitchen it feels separate as it around the corner from it. I love the way the whole house is open plan but each room feels very separate.

Kitchen and dining area
The classic cream country kitchen has a modern touch with a large central island, great amounts of storage, a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle toaster and cafetiere. There are double doors that lead onto a seperate dining area that overlooks the sea. The dining area has a table to seat six with a service side board and french doors leading outside. There is a separate utility off the kitchen/lounge with sink, storage, washing machine and a downstairs toilet.

Sunroom
A stunning space with a high vaulted ceiling and a wall of windows on the gable end. The light, views, fresh white furnishings and tasteful cushions help create that relaxed summer ambiance we all want to snooze and read in on holiday. There are two doors either side of the chimney so this area can be shut off from the rest of the open plan living area.

Absolutely beautiful home and countryside!
We LOVED our stay! The house is absolutely beautiful with plenty of space (3BR, 2.5 bath, large kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and my favorite, the lovely sunroom!) and is surrounded by sheep and rolling green hills. We felt welcome, relaxed and at peace from the moment we stepped in the door. The sunroom is just made to curl up and read a book! The beds are comfortable and the showers had plenty of water pressure. We only wish we had booked more nights! Thank you for welcoming us into your beautiful home!

Beautiful Country Home
I can not think of a better place that I would like to stay. From every window the views were stunning. No shortages for country walks/hikes. The house spacious and well appointed. I have only one suggestion, with 5 women staying here a good size coffee pot would have been nice. Would I refer this property or come back again? In a heart beat

Sliver of the Atlantic
We had a wonderful and relaxing week immersed in sheep country. Beautiful views out of each window, especially the sunroom. The house is about 20 minutes from Dingle, the closest town. The Bothar Pub is about a 15 minute walk, good food and drinks. It became our favorite place! They had live music our last night here. Highly recommend a guided tour of Dingle Peninsula.

Excellent location with wonderful view of The Blaskets. Remote but close enough to Dingle to allow for sometimes 3 times daily trips in for newly discovered essentials (breads/breakfast rolls from Bacus, bakery delights from Courtney's) Wi-Fi great and the house "roomy" enough to cater for WFH needs. Of note also was that the tap/drinking water was better than any bottled water that I know of. Due to current indoor eating restrictions we never actually managed to eat in ANY of our list of recommended restaurants. It might be an idea to try and book these ahead now/this may change when indoor dining permitted. Dingle itself was nicely buzzing, Blasket trip was so impressive that I bought a copy of Peig (English version), the Sea Safari just brilliant - and not just because we saw millions of dolphins (slight exaggeration here) and a Minke Whale and her calf. All in all couldn't have asked for better accommodation and location to enjoy all that the Dingle Peninsula has to offer.

Wonderful place to relax
We were two couples sharing this house and had lots of room to find solitary time but also great space to congregate. Close to town (20 minutes). Easy access to The Dingle Way for a hike. Wish I had booked for another week.

Live like a (well-to-do) local
Atlantic Lodge is just as spacious and pleasant as pictured. Located just 20 minutes from Dingle, the property sits with mountains/hills to the rear and front, plus two generous glimpses of the Atlantic. This is an excellent location if you like to get away from the maddening crowds but still enjoy a cappuccino some mornings (Bean in Dingle) and quality shopping (on Green St). The beds were compfy and I spent ALL of my daytimes in the house in that lovely sun room. TIP: If you go into Dingle, get there by 9:30 am to grab a parking spot.

Peaceful West Kerry Getaway
This was our second year staying at this property and we will likely return. It is a spacious and airy home about 15 minutes drive from Dingle, with panoramic views of mountains, grazing sheep and the sea. Plenty of room for six people (although we were just two). Our host Jack was prompt, courteous and helpful at all times - thank you, Jack. The checkin and checkout was easy. The house was well equipped for cooking, laundry and dining, but a few basics are missing (e.g. pot holders, ice cube trays, soap dish in the showers, hair dryer outlet in the bathrooms.) Our only complaint was the StayYNA rescheduling policy. We originally booked our stay almost a year ago. As the time grew near, the airfare became extremely expensive. We asked to move our time up two weeks - the property was available - so we could save about $1,000 in air fare but we were told that their "policy" did not allow that. We could not change our dates, even though the property was open. That is terrible customer service and a terrible policy. We would gladly pay a modest service fee to change the dates, but we were told "Sorry, that's our policy". So... read the fine print before you book. Overall, a positive review with that one complaint.

Atlantic Lodge situated on the outskirts of Dingle in County Kerry
We were very disappointed with our stay at Atlantic lodge from Oct.19/18 to Oct.24/18. On arrival we were told the fireplace was not working, much to our disappointment as we were looking forward to cosy evenings around the fire after a day's outing in the cool, sometimes rainy weather. The stove was missing a nob to control a stove-top element ( rendering that element useless ) and one had to get down on their hands and knees to get food out of the bottom oven. The local manager was not sure how the stove worked so we had to figure it out for ourselves. There were 4 ladies staying at the house with only shampoo, shower gel and hand cream left for 2 people. Extra toilet paper was not available. There were no towel racks/bars to hang wet towels post showering/bathing. The twin bedroom had only one night stand one bed-side lamp and no mirror. Some of the light bulbs were burnt out in the light fixtures. The toilet seat in the main bathroom was loose, so it moved from side to side when on sat on it. Some of the glasses, cups and bowls were chipped and the frying pans well worn. A lot of attention was put into decorating the house to make the house look pretty but many of the functional elements were missing. The Booklet /Binder explaining some of the functions of the house was full of warnings of monetary charges if too much heat was used or other infractions incurred. We would not recommend this house unless the maintenance/management was improved. We asked for financial compensation due to the house not being what was advertised (eg. - one free night ) but were declined by the local manager.

Heaven
The property was in immaculate condition. Moreover, it's location was perfect if one is interested in hiking, soaking in the history that is hidden down every boreen, behind every rock and on the top of every hill/reek. We are already looking forward to a return in May, 2019.

We just LOVED Dingle and this home
This house is beautiful and it's right in the heart of the Dingle Peninsula. You are right on the hiking trail, with Sheep in your front yard. The kitchen is huge - we cooked a few meals there. the sunroom shown in the picture is a lovely spot to just relax - although being that it was white furniture we refrained from having our wine in there! The pub down the road is delightful - although we never walked there. Did share some stories and a few pints with the owner and his son though! We didn't want to leave!

Awesome!
Fionna, who welcomed us, was lovely. House was OUTSTANDING! Potential renters just need to be aware of just how far outside of Dingle this place is! Sheep in the backyard, sheep on the front lawn. ONLY noise was from nature! NO house numbers, yet the Irish had no difficulty finding it. We were unable to get a taxi on the am we wanted to go into town, but flagged down a driver who had brought out a group who hiked over the mountain! He was most gracious and happily took us into town, WE LOVED IT!

Ideal spot for an Irish vacation
This is a beautiful home in the Irish countryside, yet only a 15 minute drive from lovely Dingle. There is plenty of room for four adults and two children. A beautiful landscape of grass, mountains, and plenty of sheep. We intend to return .

Lovely home; comfortable and clean. Pictures represent well; true beauty of area must be experienced
The Atlantic Lodge is located in one of the most beautiful areas in the world. The local residents are warm and friendly, greeting visitors with a smile and wave. Beautiful area to lodge if you enjoy hiking. The residents take pride in their community and country, and share their culture over a pint of Guinness at the Bothar Pub, just a short walk from Atlantic Lodge. The home itself is beautiful. The sunroom is comfortable and relaxing to enjoy a good book and watch the sheep a few meters away. All bedrooms have beautiful views of the green pastures where sheep are grazing. The kitchen had utensils needed to prepare meals, and a lovely gift basket of starters if you do not make it to the market on your way in. The owners respond right away with any questions and gave us a nice overview of the area. My only suggestion is the bathrooms could use a hanger in the showers to store soap and shampoo. The local golf course has nice views with the links style challenge, and is about 15 minutes away. Tigh TPs in Ballydavid serves the best fish and chips and soup. Visit Bricks Pub in Ballyferriter for live Friday night music performed by local residents. When I have the opportunity to visit Ireland again, I will stay at the Atlantic Lodge.

Fantastic Home with Amazing Views
My family of five stayed here for the majority of our trip in April. The house was comfortable and accommodated our needs. It was close to Dingle which is a fantastic little harbor town in addition to Slea Head Drive, Conners Pass and the Atlantic Way. Phil, who greeted us at the Home was friendly and informative and gave us plenty of ideas for attractions around the area. The views here are fantastic, incomparable. Well worth the price.

Pictures don't do the Atlantic Lodge justice.
The Atlantic Lodge is a ten minute drive from Dingle town center with views that can only be described as spectacular . The Lodge itself is beautifuly built and a pleasure to come home to at the end of a day exploring the Dingle Peninsula . No review would be compete without mentioning the fantastic pub just a short walk down the lane from your front door. We would love to go back.

Tolles Ferienhaus, perfekt um Ruhe zu haben. Zimmer/Haus liebevoll eingerichtet.
