The Space:
Turkish travertine tiles, French oak flooring and handcrafted stonework adorn this statement home, creating the perfect entertainment space for group holidays, family getaways, small elopements or intimate weddings.

This property offers 3 large bedrooms, all with views of Baroon Pocket Dam and the landscaped gardens, suitable for up to 10 guests when using the 2 available sofa beds. Spacious upstairs bathroom with bathtub, shower & separate toilet, additional bathroom downstairs with shower & toilet, stunning ensuite with double shower & toilet.

Full ducted air conditioning throughout ensures comfort all year round. In the cooler months, rug up by the stunning fireplace, complete with stone hearth & chimney.

The centrally located open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area flow out to the entertainers deck, capturing hinterland views on one side, and views of the courtyard on the other. The cooks kitchen features top of the range appliances including Esse oven, espresso machine, granite & timber benches and a spacious Butlers pantry. All basic condiments such as tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, etc. are all provided!

After a busy day exploring all of the spoils the Hinterland has to offer, relax in the Library and Media room with a good book.

If outdoor entertaining is what you're looking for - then you're in the right place! Unwind in the downstairs entertaining area complete with a bar and pool table that flows onto the Mediterranean style gazebo, BBQ area, heated spa and gorgeous 18m in-ground pool.

Early morning strolls or afternoons watching the sun set can all be enjoyed in the landscaped gardens of the property.

Guests will have full access to the house, landscaped gardens & pool. The garage is NOT available for use, but please feel free to park on the concreted area in infront of the garage or there are 3 additional undercover car spaces available on Caretakers residence. Guests are asked to please respect Caretakers privacy and stay within the 'House yard', leaving the friendly Zebu and steeper paddocks.

The Neighborhood:
The home is situated in the Sunshine Coast hinterland, a fabulous spot for hiking, sightseeing birdlife, beautiful falls and rainforests, or for simply just relaxing. The hinterland area is renowned for its fresh produce - visit a winery, a craft brewery or a local dairy. There’s plenty to experience in the area!

Getting Around:
You’re just a short drive to the delightful township of Maleny with its boutique shops, restaurants and cafes. Your own transport is necessary in the beautiful Hinterland as there are very limited public transport options available.
Taxis can be booked in advance.
