Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A damage deposit of BRL 450 will be collected before check-in.
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 24 hours of booking the reservation.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 359 per room
• Airport shuttle fee per child: BRL 90 (from 8 to 13 years old)
• Pet deposit: BRL 50 per night
• Pet fee: BRL 50 per pet, per night plus BRL 120 one-time cleaning fee
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-in fee: BRL 50 for check-in between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM
• Credit card charges are subject to a surcharge of 5 percent

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation. This property accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, and debit cards. Cash is not accepted. This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival. Long-term renters welcome.
Cashless payment methods are available for all transactions and guests can access their rooms with a mobile device.

• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Connecting/adjoining rooms are subject to availability and can be requested by contacting the property at the number on your booking confirmation.
