The hotel advertises free shuttle from the airport. That’s why I selected them. However, on arrival I was told that the free shuttle ends at 10 pm. My normally scheduled flight arrived at 11. I had to pay $25 for a car service to get me 2 miles to the hotel! I would understand if I was arriving at 2 am, however the hotel needs to be aware of flight arrival schedules before setting an arbitrary 10 pm end of shuttle service.

The pool could be a little more aesthetically appealing, but the property is clean and modern, and most of all the staff here are excellent! We’ve stayed here 4 or 5 times now on our drive from Raleigh to Boston, and each time I’m impressed by the front desk staff. Quick, accommodating, friendly. Nice work!

I stay in Lithicum whenever I travel to Baltimore overnight, it’s a short distance from the City, I’ve stayed at Aloft several times, great price, the only thing I didn’t like was having to pay $15 to park.
