Hotel is in dire need of improvement. Curtains in room were torn and full of holes. Bathroom was dingy and looks dated. To be fair we did see a sign that said renovations were planned. So maybe things will improve soon.

Quick, easy check-in super nice Lobby with bar and Restaurant right there. Brand new well equipped exercise room. Approximately 10–15 minute walk to stadiums and Harbour Place. Furniture in room and refrigerator could use updating.

It was extremely close to the Ravens stadium for our game, the staff were all super helpful, and it was conveniently located to restaurants and attractions.

Give This Place a Miss.
The employees don't seem particularly motivated to help us travelers. Food / breakfast. Boring. Same thing every morning. Not heathy. Drab. Did I mention it was drab? Furniture. You know its all worn out right? The lobby areas is kind of weird. Anyway, wont be staying here again.

We were issued 3 room changes because we found mold in each room we were given. Black mold, growing behind the wallpaper and on the ceiling. There has been zero effort to hide it. This is the dirtiest, most unsafe hotel I have ever stayed at. They also charge you 34 dollars to park! The exact same amount the public pays to park. The website did not say this when we booked.

All the personnel - I mean everyone, including staff simply walking by - like Winston, pushing beverages, were very customer service oriented and engaging. The location was extremely convenient to my work at UMMC and the parking was very easy. The reason for my 4 stars vs 5 is due to the shower being cold (which was reported & evident that it would be looked into) and the TV channels only being 'analog' vs cable or streaming.
