Front desk staff is very unpleasant and can be rude and short tempered. The rooms were cozy but housekeeping could do much better. Towels need to be hung up better.

Staff was great. The front desk attendants were very friendly and the messages were appreciated. Morning staff for breakfast was nice. I did not get the name of the elderly woman working but she went above and beyond to help me with the elevator. My room coulda been bigger I was right next to the elavator so i think my room was truncated. But it was clean and comfortable. Just a lil cramped.

The room size was great for our family. It was a bummer all the floor bathrooms were locked though, sometimes the teenager takes a long time in the room bathroom. Also the water machine in the workout center was out of order.

I stayed at the best western 10/28 - 10/31. It was just me, my 6 month old daughter and my service animal which I have due to me having epilepsy. I actually have medical papers for this animal. I was staying there due to me fleeing from an abusive relationship that almost cost me my life. The first night on the property I stayed in room 326, it was extremely cold so I turned on the heat. Immediately black smoke begin to come from the unit and a burning smell filled the air. The smoke detector begin to ring and my baby begin to cry. I turned it off and attempted to call the front desk but the phone did not work in the room. I waited until my friend arrived who went back to the front desk and explained to them that the heat was not working. The associate checked the unit seen we were telling the truth and moved me to room 306. On 10/30 while waiting outside of the property I was approached by an associate who advised me that I was not able to stay at the property any longer due to me having an animal. I explained to them my situation and even offered to show them my papers but they refused and called the police to have me removed. I asked them for a refund so that I could get me and my baby into another hotel but the refused and told me I violated the contract with the animal and no refund will be granted. Worse experience ever, they will be hearing from my lawyer. You can’t treat people this way.
