Property is run down. Needs new carpeting thru the entire hotel. Room was very clean however. Staff were all very friendly except for person at front desk when it came time to take us to airport. She stated they knocked on the door and called us twice. Not true! But it all worked out. Transportation guy was very professional.

The first room we had couldn't lock the patio door had to switch to a room on second floor it was okay I wasn't really happy with the hotel itself it looks nothing like what was on the Internet when I booked it and they said u can pay at the property when I get there I had didn't take cash I had to pay with my card and they should of specified that.so I wasn't happy with my stay

We did not receive the room we booked and the property needs to be ungraded. The room we were in did not look like the pictures and the toilet was on the verge of over flowing. The staff was very professional, patient and handled difficult guests very well.
