The staff who checked is in were great, but the shuttle didn't run early enough for our flight, the whole floor we were on smelled like old cigarette smoke, the bathroom sink was missing a stopper, the pillow had someone's makeup on it, and the wallpaper was falling down.

Deplorable unclean. Upper floors and parking lot smelled like stale urine. The AC unit was 3 d3cades old and crudded with black caked old dirt. Carpets on room floors badly soiled.. It is gross.

It was dirty nasty hotel place needs to be condemned. I will never stay here again and I will tell others also. I can see why they wanted a $50 deposit so people don’t cancel.. they may try and frame me for things already broken the room

Property is run down. Needs new carpeting thru the entire hotel. Room was very clean however. Staff were all very friendly except for person at front desk when it came time to take us to airport. She stated they knocked on the door and called us twice. Not true! But it all worked out. Transportation guy was very professional.

The first room we had couldn't lock the patio door had to switch to a room on second floor it was okay I wasn't really happy with the hotel itself it looks nothing like what was on the Internet when I booked it and they said u can pay at the property when I get there I had didn't take cash I had to pay with my card and they should of specified that.so I wasn't happy with my stay
