Property is in a safe location, convenient in North Central Baltimore. It has very easy access from I 83. We picked it for its reasonable cost, and free parking. Some shopping nearby, but we did not visit any of those as it was not on our agenda. However, it needs updating. It’s pet friendly, but we didn’t bring any pets, andwe did hear a lot of dogs barking in the hotel across the hall from us.

Had a quite noisy crowd next to me and at 1am I called the desk and asked to be changed to another rm. The staff member was more than obliging and as they only had a 2 bed rm left, she put me in that. I was not charged extra!! The staff were extremely polite and giving...I really appreciated that...

For a reasonably high end hotel, the hallways were shabby, doors being held open by old towels, old washrooms that could use disenfecting, rickety elevators, noisy ice vending rooms reverberating into hotel rooms, garden garbage cans in the hallway.

The water from the bathroom sink was brown for the first 10 minutes after you turned it on. Killed 3 bugs in the room. Even though I stressed housekeeping services, we did not receive them. Had to go to front desk to get towels, toilet paper and tissues!

The staff were lovely. The room was big and comfotable but could use a little sprucing up. Room was serviced daily which was a plus. Had Lavazza coffee on Sunday for breakfast. Lots of shos attached to the hotel but room was quiet. Very convenient to Loyola University! Parking was terrific and no extra charge. Will return when we go back to visit our grandaughter.
