Personally, I would not choose to stay at the element again. Room was dirty, rug on floor was filthy, and the bathroom would mildly flood every time someone would shower due to improper drainage. If you don’t care about either, go for it. The staff was friendly and helpful in replenishing towels (we needed a lot for the bathroom floor). Hotel also has continental breakfast, so that may be a bonus for some.

Overall the hotel fit everything I needed. I loved the amenities including free breakfast, and the pool. The rooms were also pretty sizable and offered a kitchen. It’s located in a nice area that’s very close to shopping, eateries, things to do. Only wished the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the room/facilities were a little better.

The Element is a very comfortable studio condo. Attaching the Westin brand suggest a little refinement, some je ne sai quoi… in reality, kinda? The layout of my King room was very functional. Bed comfortable, ample storage and giant bathroom. But the carelessness is noticeable: missing closet handle, coffeemaker basket not made for that machine model, chopping board but no sharp knife? Still - The staff was lovely and my stay was enjoyable.

The Element was a great stay… the staff was super friendly and the area had tons of fun options to explore. I definitely plan on visiting the area again and hopefully I’ll be able to get another stay at the Element!

Rooms are decently large, clean, and well appointed. Shower was a little awkward with nowhere to put toiletries or towel but still ok. Staff and service really are a disservice to this hotel. Breakfast was middling at best and cleaned up totally 5 minutes before it supposed to end. Do to unforseen events we couldn't check-in the 1st night of a 3 night stay. Despite calling ahead 3 days earlier to have a note put on the account to hold the reservation, the staff cancelled the whole stay (because I didn't show, but recognized the note that i would arrive next day) forcing me to rebook and said I had to personally contact Expedia for a refund which turned into a whole ordeal because it was "nonrefundable". Eventually Expedia took care of things in the end but was more hassle than necessary and the hotel staff took almost no ownership of their mistake.

Very nice stay.
Very nice stay, close to mall & casino. Front desk staff friendly. Room quiet, fridge& microwave. Rug was slightly dirty but we were in a pet room. bed was comfortable. Breakfast was great& readily replenished, lots of options, hot breakfast. Coffee& tea all day. Did not have time to use pool or gtm. Element adjoins to Aloft hotel which has a bar, but also didnt have time to visit
