We stay at the Embassy Suites twice a year, for Thanksgiving & Christmas, to see family. The property is well kept, nice gym, nice sized pool with hot tub, and it’s hard to beat the full breakfast with omelet station or the evening reception with complimentary cocktails, and snacks. The price point is reasonable, and the rooms are spacey and well appointed. What makes it stand out even more is the team there. From front of house to the back of house there is a feeling of genuine hospitality and connection. The GM, and her managers, have done an excellent job in hiring staff that truly make you feel welcomed home.

Not as good as it should be for the money
Usually great hotel but this stay wasn’t great. Room was small, too warm no matter how I used the thermostat to bring the temp down. Giant wet spot on carpet soaked my socks. Leaky tub faucet. Faintly musty smell.

My stay was ok, but there were a few things that made my stay uncomfortable. The bed was very hard, the AC didn’t kick out any air until the last night of my stay & trying to enter my room every time I returned was difficult. I had to try multiple times before it actually opened. I had wait atleast 5 minutes or more for an elevator that had no one on it. Other than that the service was great and the hotel was clean.
