The front desk receptionist when we check in I believe her name is sama I hope I spelled it right but she was great and check out receptionist was also great will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that plan on staying in Maryland

Overall, the hotel was good for the price and convenience. I liked the location being right off 95 and across from ave at white marsh and the mall. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. The ice machine didn’t work on the 4th floor. Also there was a slight smell from the toilet in our room. Other than those things, the stay was very nice and the breakfast was decent. The pool is open from 9am-10pm. If you stay here, be sure to use the digital key in the Hilton app. Very convenient.

The hotel is pretty clean but they seemed understaffed. I waited 3 hours and had to ask twice for extra towels. There were buckets through the lobby for leaky ceilings. The pool was also dirty and house keeping didn’t come until check out day.

All of the staff was helpful and nice. The hotel overall needed a reno. Our shower curtain rod was broken and we killed a roach on the bath mirror. However, the breakfast was good with many hot and cold choices.

Only 2 elevators one not working leak at front desk, kids hanging out at front desk making it uncomfortable to approach staff, room it self wasnt bad and was only for one night but not what you would expect from a Hampton also the pool was outside which normally whatever but it was small gated and look like it hadnt been touched or cleaned in years. Pool was green snd leaved and people smoking all over
