Pretty good but after my first night telling the front desk that one remote was broken, one headboard was not attached to wall and I had to sleep in other bed, and the widow shade was broken and would not go up they still did not fix it upon my second night so I was just like whatever. Def not up to Hilton standards. The other locations I’ve been at were much better

Everything was good until two roaches were spotted in my bathroom. They were crawling around the mirror in the bathroom. Around 3 am , (since I was freaked out) I ended their lives. The hotel staff was informed and apologized.

Very Nice and clean room!! Very convenient location!! Very quiet location!! Breakfast is great!! Staff is nice and friendly!! Many places to eat nearby!! I chose the area for the dining options around it. The room was not very clean. There were old lollipops under the chair in the room. The sheets had some stains on them as well. Every time the elevator was used the room vibrated. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again. I have had very good stays are previous Hilton Garden Inn's so it will not deter me in the future.

A decent place
The hotel was nice. Handicapped parking was a bit far from the entrance. The room was decent and clean. The bathroom was a bit outdated with the sink dropping some and the water in the shower taking forever to heat up. Breakfast was excellent!

There was so much noise it was hard to sleep. When notified of the excessive noise the staff did not respond quickly. The window shade was not able to open because it was repaired incorrectly. The shower curtain was thread bear and wouldn’t stay open because the rod was so loose. The fridge was falling into the breaking cabinet. This was very much not what I expected when choosing a Hilton.
