Holiday Inn is dependable as usual. A safe, clean space to stay, very convenient location near BWI and AMTRAK. But the shower was terrible, not enough water coming out of it. And after spending a very cold night they had to send a maintenance man up to get the heat flowing.

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone to my mother!! We cannot say enough amazing things about our stay at this Holiday Inn and will return when we are in the area!

Great location with clean safe rooms. The absolute highlight of this location was the shuttle driver (sorry I didn’t get his name) who had classical music playing on the radio. This was a true gentleman who had a deep appreciation for the arts. He was a professional is all aspects of the word and all of us on the shuttle were very impressed with his knowledge of classical music.

I had a small issue checking in at the hotel as I was told by the clerk that my booking date wasn’t correct and that I needed to contact Hotel.com to resolve the issue and trying to get in contact with a live agent from hotel.com was extremely difficult. So difficult that I wasn’t even able to reach anyone, but the manager from the Hotel was quick to step in and resolve the date issue. The room was clean and very spacious. No matter what hotel I go to, I will always check for bed bugs, spiders and other insects to make sure that Im safe and I was so pleased to not find any bugs in the room, or hallways of this hotel. I did not eat any dinner there although the menu had a lot of great items. However, the breakfast was so delicious. I was so impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel, the friendliness and problem-solving skills of the manager and the spacious comfortable room that Im already about to book my next few stays with them. Lastly, the cost was another big selling point for me since this stay was all about relaxation for me and my partner, just something extra for quality time and we wanted more nights for a decent price and that’s exactly what we got. overall, this was a great stay :)
