Manager was rude when checking out didn’t want to allow me to let my children swim for 1 hr . The rudeness and no common courtesy at all ! She was far most the rudest at that hotel other than that a great stay

Great hotel with slight asterisk
Super clean and super efficient. Easy to check in from my app earlier in the day so even though I arrived very late I just walked past the front desk and straight to the elevator to my room and used my digital key to walk right in. Super simple easy and zero headaches. Beautiful clean and new room even had my first name on the TV screen when I walked in maybe because I had signed in to the honors app was a really nice touch though. Quiet and great experience. Jaziya had great customer service. New hotel and A+ overall. 1 thing though I arrived very late and had to park a block away in a parking garage. Taking an elevator from the 5th floor in a parking garage and walking to the hotel at 2 am in any neighborhood is a bit disconcerting. Wish there was parking on the lot or at least a valet service at all hours. I saw valet service in the morning in the hotel but there was no valet at that late hour that I arrived. Other than that was perfect 👍

Hotel is ok
Hotel was fine. Check in lady wasn’t that friendly but evening clerk was nice. Room was clean but the hallway on the 10th floor had towels and a vacuum machine left there for 24 hours. Parking is $20 a night.

This property is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. I would absolutely recommend staying at this hotel. There is a Whole Foods next-door, which I find to be convenient.

Very clean hotel! Was great to have a market and restaurants within walking distance. Did not like that you have to pay to park. We did do valet parking which was $30 a day or you can park yourself and i believe that was around $20 a day
