Booked the hotel days before but once we arrived was told they were all booked up. We were placed in a broken room where the hand held shower head or electric window shades did not work.They did move us the next morning but this should not have happened where our requested room was not available. The hot breakfast could use some work. The bar is small and not as expected.

The hotel is brand new, my room (a King studio suite) was extremely comfortable and stylish, breakfast was excellent, and the front desk and breakfast room staff were cordial and efficient. The halls and elevators could have been a bit cleaner.

I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt House. This hotel was a brand new hotel and just opened less than a month ago. It was very clean, and smelled nice. The staff were very nice, friendly, and I was greeted with a smile. My room was very clean and cozy. I had no problems during my stay. I thought the Bar/restaurant area was going to be a little bigger and set up like a restaurant. It was more of a small cafe style in the lobby, but that was no big deal to me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the breakfast wasn't that great and the eggs were absolutely tasteless. Overall, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.
