Have stayed at this property many times while visiting friends and the Inner Harbor. Unfortunately, on our most recent visit we encountered a very rude and discourteous check in clerk. When I requested the manager, she told me it was she. The rest of the staff where extremely helpful and easy going. Perhaps the manager was having a bad day, so I wouldn't want to state her name here. But customer service and basic courtesy and just basic kindness is not her forte. The facility would be better off if she stayed behind the scene.and let the staff do what they do well.

Spent a wonderful long weekend here. This Hyatt Place is conveniently located, quite comfortable, and they have a wonderful staff that are extremely helpful in every way.

The hotel offers two queens and a sofa bed which is rare for hotels but great for three adult friends traveling together. Good location near the harbor. Quiet. Valet parking.
