When checking the lady was rude. Charge us another 58 dollars which they in up giving back but I had to ask why and nobody could let me the same reason. It wasn’t a hold in case it was a charge on my card.

I was charge for a stay that I didn’t do. I had a reservation for a week stay, couldn’t do it because my daughter in law , who’s pregnant had to go to the ER, which I explained. And was still denied. Even suggested paying for the one night, because of the inconvenience, Nope! I’ve asked for a refund from the hotel and was denied. Now I have to wait from someone from the higher ups to get it resolved. So now I have to wait! But I’ll NEVER EVER stay at any of the hotels again….

We were totally grossed out when a SLUG was found ooozing across the bathroom sink. Super disgusting! The girl at the front desk had a very thick accent and we had a hard time communicating. The bed was comfy though.
