Reception was terrible, firstly. It’s almost as if you shouldn’t approach the receptionist and they weren’t even able to assist to the fullest extent. The room is dirty and stinks of cigarettes, there are ants on the floor and the tv doesn’t even work.

One of the worst experiences being at a hotel. Especially checking in. You had to call someone to help you. Other than that , there was no one at the front desk. The lights were even turned off. Horrible experience.

Wanted a room to sleep in before flying out the next day. Convenient to airport and room no more than expected for the rate - barely comfortable bed, noisy air conditioning, and desk lamp that did not provide any light. However, shower flow was poor and service could be improved. No coffee maker in the room, so went to office for a cup of coffee in the morning. There was a pump decanter, but the coffee was cold. Asked if could get any hot coffee and received a one-word answer: No! Why put the stuff out (coffee, cups, etc.) if not going to supply hot coffee at 7:30 in the morning? If not for that, I wouldn't have bothered to leave a review, since otherwise not remarkable for the price of the accomodation.

The room was dirty, noisy. hotel was full of homeless people. when I entered in the room, I found it is dirty. fll of flies and mosquitos in it. Restroom had smells. Lights were not working. bedsheets had Cigarette burning holes. chair was having dirt and holes as well. one of the worst stay in the USA. in the next morning I went to front desk as there was one coffee can and cups. one lady from inside counter yelled at me saying there is no coffee. I paid 110 USD for 1 night and literally stayed in a junk yard.

I have a few concerns. I was supposed to get a non-smoking room. The room reeked of stale cigarettes smoke. I didn’t sleep very well because the mattress was very uncomfortable and the springs were wore out poking in my back. It definitely needs a new mattress other than that, I had no other issues

The tub was dirty and the chair had the faux leather stripping away. The comforter had many holes in it. The drawers were dirty with crumbs.

This place was a dump. There was no fridge, microwave, alarm clock. This the staff were not very friendly and they no customer services skills. Over all I did not like the ara which seemed to be not so great.

Check in was very simple and easy and the room wasn’t too terrible either it was pretty big and clean but the entire staff was very rude and didn’t want to be bothered. It was very visibly a crack motel unfortunately because it could have some great potential !!

Not worth it/not safe!!!!
Where to start!! Reception was nice but seemed disinterested. Usually when staying in hotels they ask for an ID, they didn't. Room was very basic. No microwave, fridge or coffee maker. If you want a bath bring your own bath plug. Shower part leaks out like crazy. Parts of the wall was coming off and the room smelled like body odor. Honestly, we almost turned around and left but decided to make due since it was close to 11pm when we got in. The second and last night someone actually tried to break into our room around 2AM!! Tried calling the front desk multiple times and no answer really freaked us out!! Definitely not staying here again!! Spend the extra money and stay in a better hotel!! Not worth the money for nearly $100 a night!!!
