I was only there two nights and had a very busy work schedule so I didn’t really have time to address these things with the front desk. There were numerous things that didn’t work right or were loose in the bathroom. And the temperature in the room could not be altered. The switch on the wall was essentially a dummy switch where it read 77, but was not, And was set at 63, which it was not. Between the temperature and the lovely but extremely warm bed covers, it was difficult to sleep well. So that, and no breakfast in addition to being not the cleanest bathroom…****

The staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My area of concern is that they billed me separately for the stay even though I had already paid for it through Travelocity. I had to contact Travelocity to obtain proof that I had paid for the room and then the hotel credited the amount back to my credit card.

Customer service on the phone was a little worrisome before arriving, but the attendants at the front desk were very helpful and were great! They had the best personalities and seemed to love their job! I stayed 4 days at the hotel and had a great experience with all of the staff I came in contact with. Rooms were clean and parking in the garage below was very convenient. I would highly recommend!

I will stay here again
I was checked in by Ron and he was absolutely amazing. Extremely friendly and communicative. He started my day off with a smile and I truly appreciate it. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were absolutely amazing and friendly. The toilet in my room had some issues (did not report it). We also took advantage of the pool but the hot tub was not working 😔. However because of wonderful customer service I received I will definitely recommend this hotel and will be back

Plasticware with >$100 room service?
Customer service surprisingly bad. Room service was a disaster and came in crappy plastic containers plus plasticware utensils. No excuse for that now we are post-COVID. Sticky dirty carpet in our room.
