The stay was frustrating… we paid for a “harbor view” room but was given a city view with a very abstracted side view of the harbor definitely not what was advertised… when we called the front desk… we were told that we could see the harbor just have to look off to the side… which made me even more frustrated… we paid and reserved the harbor view room… which is clearly pictured on the site what that looks like… the guest shouldn’t to see parking garages, parking lots, city buildings… but the gentlemen at the front desk said because we purchased the room through hotels.com the hotel can not be held accountable for how the site advertised the room… the hotel is advertised as having a indoor pool and hot-tub which was something we were wanting to use during our stay however the hot-tub wasn’t working… which we were not told when checking in… there was a black tarp over the hot tub which was half on it and it was roped off… the pool area wasn’t clean the water was cloudy and the walls of the pool were dirty… our room was on the 8th floor… the base board in the hallways were coming off the walls for most of the hall way … the wallpaper was coming off the walls… we use hotels.com because of the rewards we receive from our stays… however if we knew what we were getting hand we would have selected a different hotel to spend our New Year’s Eve… the superb service that you receive when walking in the hotel did not equate the quality you receive once leaving the lobby…

Cynthia at the front desk was amazing. Second time staying there and had a great time. Very quiet and relaxing. Convenient to everything I came for. Will definitely be back again just hope that the hot tub is up and running this go round.
