Thank you for the hospitality. Room was clean and it was quiet in general, tho we’re NYers so we filter sound easily. Breakfast was good as was the coffee. The snack station is overpriced tho. I know you have to make a profit but yeah.

The staff were professional and on the ball with everything. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well managed by the staff. Parking was simple and the valet staff did a great job.

Close to Camden yards which was the purpose of our trip. Very nice property and great staff. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in town. Restaurant at the hotel had great food and hotel breakfast was very good also. A+ hotel while in Baltimore.

This was a great property and the staff, from the front desk, to house keeping, to the breakfast staff were all excellent and very helpful and accommodating. The property was quiet and clean and well within easy walking distance of the inner harbor (and all that is available there) and the ball fields. The only issue encountered was the valet parking. The check in went great, however, When we checked out and called for our vehicle it took over 30 minutes to receive it. I know that things come up but they were definitely short staffed as there was 5 other people waiting also and the retrieval was a trickle (one at a time). Regardless of the valet issue, we would definitely stay here again.

Asst Mgr helped me check in early and gave me an upgraded room. Really spacious room and very much enjoyed my stay. Would recommend if you’re in the area for Ravens or Orioles game.

The staff was amazing and very attentive to what you needed. Parking was expensive but you are downtown, so it is expected. The food at their restaurant was delicious! The only downfall i would say is the TVs. We had an issue with the remote connecting to the tv with our console. But the staff was quick and switched us rooms.
